ISG receives Good MPF Employer Award for the fifth year

ISG in Hong Kong is delighted to have received the Good MPF Employer Award 2018-19, which recognises the business’s employee initiatives that comply with Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) legislation and provision of outstanding retirement benefits for its employees.

ISG’s representatives were invited to attend the award presentation ceremony held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Wan Chai on 9 October.

Presented by Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority, this year marks the fifth year in a row that ISG has received the award. Recognising those enterprises which have been making a continuous effort to enhance the retirement protection of their employees, a special Good MPF Employer Five Year Award was granted to 374 employers, including ISG in Hong Kong.

Human resources manager of ISG in Hong Kong, Aubrey Lo, commented on the accreditation: “Providing unbeatable employee experience in the construction industry is one of our corporate goals. We have been striving to improve our employees’ benefits, including not only the fringe benefits that are more than legally required, the caring culture, and training and development programmes they have during their employment at ISG, but also their protection in retirement.”

Apart from being recognised for its persistent MPF contribution and employee retirement benefits over the years, ISG in Hong Kong was also awarded two special awards at the ceremony – e-Contribution Award for using electronic means for MPF administration, and MPF Support Award for actively supporting its employees to manage their MPF regularly. The accolades have demonstrated that the business has been refining its MPF practices and providing advisory support to enhance retirement protection for its employees.
