The Hong Kong Club Building is a 25-storey office building located between Chater Road and Connaught Road Central at the junction of Jackson Road, in Central, Hong Kong. The club occupies eight levels, while the other floors are leased for office use.

The project included an office renovation; a luxury bar area with entertainment facilities including three bowling lanes, a billiards room and advance AV technology; as well as 12,000 sq ft of elegant function rooms with acoustic folding partitions to retain flexibility for individual function room utilization.

To ensure and maintain the daily operation of the club, ISG was responsible for monitoring all systems to ensure there were no adverse effects during the construction period. Due to the age of the building, ISG highlighted the likelihood of issues when connecting the old systems with the new to ensure all potential issues were considered in advance and resolved during implementation.

No loud noise works were allowed during the daytime operation hours of the club, therefore ISG implemented night shift working as well as day. All ISG team members were instructed to ensure the maintained privacy of the high-profile club members.
